Obey
I was praying and God told me to go pray for a man in a wheel chair. I was so happy that i was gonna get to see a man walk out of his wheel chair cause that what i thought God was saying. To make a long story short i found the guy and asked him if i could pray for him. He said nothing and the lady who was pushing him responded “i sure hope so” as she walked right by me without even looking at me. A little confused and disappointed when i got back i was encouraged by a couple older brothers which helped but didn’t quite settle it with me. I get back to my room and open up my bible. It is bookmarked to Isaiah 49 which i have never read nor did i bookmark. Isaiah 49:4 reads as follows:
But I said, “I have labored to no purpose;
I have spent my strength in vain and for nothing.
Yet what is due me is in the LORD’s hand,
and my reward is with my God.”
How good is that? Seriously how good?!
